1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Neplexa ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Neplexa is a financial tracking tool that helps you manage loans, expenses, and group bill splitting. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with Google to use Neplexa. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to access the Service.

4. Early Access

Neplexa is currently in early access and is free to use during this period. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If paid plans are introduced, existing users will receive advance notice before any changes affect their accounts.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into Neplexa. Neplexa is a tracking and calculation tool — it does not connect to bank accounts or process real money transfers. You must manually verify financial totals and settle debts with others independently.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to input false, fraudulent, or illegal information.

6. Prohibited Conduct

While using Neplexa, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use automated bots or scrapers without explicit permission
• Upload illegal, abusive, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Disrupt or overload our servers

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, trademarks, and code within Neplexa are the property of Neplexa. Using Neplexa does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Neplexa, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neplexa, its affiliates, and its licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes loss of data, financial discrepancies, or disputes with other users.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings, which will permanently remove all your data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the app.
